PR3Z 7277 DA comes up as the description "Boot Gear Change Lever".

Is it all one unit with trim piece and the leather?

Oh, my fav online parts places has that P/N for $39.32.

I like the OEM ball.. I just left it alone. Fits my hand nice no reason to change.

Yes, all one unit. Yeah, I saw a few different listings with different descriptions. The dealer parts department differed from all others I saw online as they showed the picture of the S550 parts.

Finally the autos getting some love from billetworkz

So, how is the lockout on the billetworkz? is it easy to operate, not too clunky and not inadvertently actuated? I've been looking at the barton ones but don't know if I like the push down to operate... I sometimes find my right hand resting on the shifter... all of my cars are automatic! Must be a leftover from the stick driving days.

Wait ... you didn't watch @Rip Actual's YouTube video? He shows that starting around the 2:07 mark ... :)

I was going back and forth between the Barton and the Billetworkz. I think I'm going to order the Billetworkz for the same reason - too easy to inadvertently press down on the top of the shifter.

Thanks @roadpilot... I didn't see that, very cool, I like much better than the whole knob push down.
Yes the locking mechanism is on the shaft itself which prevents you from putting it into a gear you don’t want.

one more question... Is it taller, shorter or about the same height as stock?
If you go with a sphere it’s a tad shorter then stock

I'm on the fence between the sphere or the short teardrop.

Also undecided on brushed titanium or the blue w/black spash (stitching in my DH is blue)

I'd get the Sledge, not the Sludge. The latter might be a bit gooey ... LOL.

Picked it up this morning. I’ll put it in this weekend.

I like that... just need to find part number for the one with gray accent stitching (space gray int.)

What shifter are you using?

I was really liking the titanium ones... but decided to keep it a bit more elegant with the "premium" interior... Ordered last night!

Lol its been one hell of a long week yea I looked at the sizes between the sphere & sledge only .5 in height. I do like the tear drop as well. What one is pulling you more?
