Looks like my dealer who is offering MSRP is running a finance scam by charging 10% interest. When you put down 2/3’s of the value, no trade, and have a 800 credit score, 10% is a money grab. I can get 7.1 to 7.5 at any other dealer. Very disappointing.

Very lows 7% are on target for 800 credit score. Anything else is just robbery.

10% - That's $17,000 over 5 years on a 65k car. 21% (rounded) of the total cost. 17k/82k


Greedy dealers are the worst. No wonder repo's are up to 20% or more

That's why it's soooo important to shop around for the best interest rates. If not already a member, consider getting into a Credit Union as they, in most cases, will have the lowest interest rates. As an example, Navy Federal CU is currently at 4.54%.

The Premium package is kinda confusing on these. I guess if you go with non-recaros the seats are nicer. You get the puddle lights. And you have to chose this option to choose the appearance package. Supposedly stitching, however my non-premium came with almost all the same accent stitching except for one line across the dash.

So on A Recaro car the 4K gets you about 6LF of additional stitching and puddle lights???

What percentage of DH buyers will regularly track the DH? I bet it's a super low number. And for those who don't track it, the DHHP is nothing more than slightly wider tires & wheels. I think some want it just so they can say, "Mine has the DHHP." But, hey, it's thier money, and - honestly - nobody should be telling them how to spend it.

HP is a bit more than wider tires.

Heated and cooled seats, turn signals on the side mirrors, memory seats, powered seats, powered lumbar support should also be added to it. I feel putting down 1.6k for recaros and losing out on the above options is not really a sensible decision. I always run cold - so heated seats were a deal breaker for me!

Add / black painted roof too!

I don't drive my sports cars in the winter. If it's spring or fall and the temp cools down, there's another nice feature in all Mustangs that will address this: a heater.

I got a GT Premium, but was this close |...| to getting a DH Premium. I only went with the GT because I got A plan and after test driving didn't find the DH to feel faster which is expected with the HP difference only being 14hp.

But the one I was going to get was a DH Premium and didn't have Recaros. I'm like you OP - hate Recaros. I was going to settle in the middle as there was a Mach 1 Premium on a lot for 62k and the dealer said they'd negotiate with me so I was 100% sold and going to get the Mach 1 until I sat in a '24 GT with Recaros. Instantly hated them and called the dealer, begrudgingly, and said I wasn't interest anymore because I tried the Recaros in another Mustang so I didn't want to come there and waste their time.

Your Dark Horse has turn signals in the mirrors? I have the premium plus HP and the appearance package to, but I don't have turn singles' in my mirrors .
