Does this rear bumper warp look fixable?

Considering purchasing this but it has this warp here. Curious on thoughts from the community

It seems like I should be able to fix this pretty easily. Am I underestimating this fix?

do not try to fix it yourself. Any textured parts that are damaged are replacement required. Even the insurance companies know this and will write for a new part.

Good to know! So I’ll need to buy a new rear bumper and have a shop swap it

Yes just replace the lower textured part. That's good news, you won't have to refinish the upper.

If you're considering purchasing the car, the dealer should replace that part.

They can purchase anything just like you. If they want the sale they can get the part. If you don't trust them to replace, have them buy the factory replacement. Install yourself.

Not knowing your level repair wise, it's not super difficult but you could break things. Get compensated for the labor time with an estimate from a qualified repair shop.
