This happens to me ALL the time. What I have found to work most of the time is to into settings on the iPhone, search for CarPlay, then turn CarPlay off and back on again. The car screen will show you disconnect, then will say the audio is off. Give it a few seconds and CarPlay will start up...

The only thing I got from the dealer is the service "report" that shows all the things they did and what they found: nothing and nothing. They just say the battery was tested and passed.
