In my experience, yes. Mine usually starts around 14.5 then drops to 14.0, have seen it maybe twice at 13.5. All these readings are while driving.

I have one of those exact towels in my car and is the only thing other than my finger to touch the screen and I see no evidence of any scratching.

No, the installer cut around the decals on DH hood.

I did full coverage on my DH with xpel fusion (it has ceramic on the surface) $6995 for your reference. Use rinseless xpel car wash and occasional xpel ceramic boost.
