Did they release the weight specs of the car and what tires/sizes it comes with? Whats the wheel spec too, are the wheels like magnesium? Is there a center lock option?
300k is tough a pill even if it is limited production. This car would have been even more awesome if it was available in manual.
If the S650 does get a manual, I wonder if that will tank S550 GT500 values?
I mean S550 GT5 will already drop when the S650 GT5 comes out. But I'm curious if it will drop the values of S550 GT5 even further when a manual version GT500 for the S650 comes out. If they ever decide to do it.

CF wheels are only for the cream of the crop mustangs. The DH maybe "special" in that its one of the first S650, but when the S650 is production ends, at the end of the day its the base engine model, not special as the other real "special cars". Not sure if you own a DH, I'm not trying to knock...
It has a major tire advantage. The trofeo RS > Michelin Cup 2. The equivalent Michelin tire would be the Cup 2 R.
Put the Trofeo RS tires in the Mach 1 it will be at least 1 second quicker. Ford put like the best tire that they've ever put on a mustang to hide the heft. 4024lbs is nuts...
OP is right to feel underwhelmed. Ford hides the weight of the DH by putting the grippiest tire they have ever put on any production mustang.
C&D Lightning Lap has the Mach 1 and DH, although different years, the DH is only .2 seconds quicker despite having a tire advantage...
After seeing Mach 1 and DH times very close (lightning lap), I understand why they had to go to a much more extreme tire for the DH, its to hide that 4024lb heft. Only .2 seconds faster for the DH. The Trofeo RS is a much more grippier tire. To compare, it would be Michelin's Cup 2 R that would...
Hope you have that in writing, always see it in M6G and other forums of loyal customers getting screwed. Not just single purchases either, I'm talking about several decades loyal and the dealer going after the ADM money.
As a previous gen M2 owner the new ones are ugly af, BUT, that S58 motor is pretty stout. Theres already modded '23 M2 out there with minor bolton (downpipes, intake, tune, e85) doing over 720whp. See what the beaver grill m3/m4 are doing, running 9's with those boltons.
However, these cars...
