Yes, it’s available and located in the Jupiter area.
I’m having the roof of my house replaced and the Mustang is stuck inside the garage until they finish which will should be around this Friday or Monday of next week and can get you some better photos at that time.
I hear you and that is why I advertised it here as opposed CL or FB in the hope that the more knowledgeable people here have already done their research and know what they want without all the stupid demands :handshake:
Or you can look at mine for sale here; https://www.mustang7g.com/forums/threads/2024-vapor-blue-gray-gt-manual-convertible-2800-miles.165936/ for 20k less
I find it kind of disappointing if Shelby is using the MT82 instead of a Tremec, that is if this is the final iteration of their build. Would you warranty it for three years behind an SC Coyote?
Nah, if you were driving in the 70's it was the seatbelt interlock where if you didnt buckle your seatbelt the car wouldn't start. With 70's electronics how well do you think that device worked? So well even congress was disgusted with it and was eliminated from mandate a few years later when...
I said the 6 speed manual in the Mustang was an MT86 not MT88.
The article in the above link says; "Getrag builds the all new 7-speed (for the Bronco), which Ford calls the MT88."
Puting 4.08 gears in the rear won't tighten up the ratios between gears and move of the 1:1 ration on 4th to 5th...
I could see the writing on the wall watching manuals disappear from other makes over the years and knew it wouldn't be long before they would disappear from the Mustang. Surmising that this is the last V8, manual trans convertible that is still produced I jumped at the opportunity to get one...
Did my first all out pull to redline through 5 gears the other day. Banged through the gears as fast as my old drag racing days that I remember. No grinding or hangups between gears So I’m not sure what all the fuss about the MT86 is.
I love my 6 speed but with all the power the 5.0 has I sometimes skip shift when feeling lazy. 1st to 3rd to 5th or 2nd to 4th to 6th, almost like having a 3 speed stick! Nice and relaxed when you want to be lazy or have a quick row through all 6 when you want or need to.
I'm not a lawyer, but I think that if you post anything to a corporate or business website you are most likely giving implicit permission for them to use your post and photo. It's probably buried in the fine print somewhere on their site that says something like; that by posting on our site...
Here is a 10 year old 600 mile 50th Anniversary on BAT for reference

I guess we got our wires crossed. No, I haven't made the swap and I was asking who , if anyone, has made it. . I thought you already did the swap and I didnt understand that you were changing the final drive gearing.
Good luck with gear swap!
Now that you've experienced it, do feel it was worth the $$$ to swap the MT86 for the Tremec? Any electronic issues? Since your GT is a 2019 and probably has fewer electronic nanny's looking over your shoulder than the '24 I would hope so.
