Update. The noise randomly stopped a couple weeks ago. I fully believe now its an issue with the electric assist. Just to reiterate as well. Ford did absolutely nothing other than gaslight me.
Same. Rattles everywhere. Both doors, passenger a pilar at the dash, somewhere in the back. Very disappointed. Had it since March, just broke 1000 miles. My 1990 GT doesn't rattle this much.
I've got numerous quality issues with mine. Including paint and panel gaps. I have rapid red (metallic) that I paid a premium for and there's a cloudy/foggy circle on the hood.
This cannot be normal. No one in the industry would design a brake pedal to sound like this. The most ridiculous part was the dealership tried to shut me down by showing me another car. They lied right to my face. Tried to claim they both sound the same. It went off the rails from there.
