  1. Should I be frustrated or am I wrong?

You're lucky. My dealer tried to rotate mine. I was able to stop them before they tried to force fit the rears to the front. Apparently they never heard of staggered tires.
  2. Low Speed Shake after Changing to All Season Tires

Update: Took car back to Ford dealer where a senior tech went for a ride with me. He said he didn't feel anything unusual. End of story as far as they're concerned. Arrrgg! I'm going to put the original PZ4 summer tires (which were vibration free) back on when the weather warms up. That...
  3. Low Speed Shake after Changing to All Season Tires

Hey Grip, could you tell me what kind of specialty shop you used, as well as how they found the warped wheel? Also, if it happens to be in North GA where? I'm just across the line in TN. Thanks.
  4. Low Speed Shake after Changing to All Season Tires

I haven't taken it back yet to ask them to look elsewhere. Will do that, possibly today.
  5. Low Speed Shake after Changing to All Season Tires

Yes. Ford dealer has also checked wheel balance, also with a Hunter Road Force machine. Same result.
  6. Low Speed Shake after Changing to All Season Tires

Update: First, thanks for all the responses. Current status: No change. Two days ago the tire dealer checked both rear wheels and made small (.25 oz on both) weight changes. Final road force values were 11 lb drivers side, 10 lb passenger side. Radial runout was .009" DS, .006" PS, which I...
  7. Low Speed Shake after Changing to All Season Tires

Yes, they were road force balanced. Cold tire pressure is correct, 32psi. Hidden wheel damage is a possibility. I'm taking it back to the tire dealer tomorrow for another inspection and road force check. I'll get the road force numbers this time. The service mgr thinks it may be something...
  8. Low Speed Shake after Changing to All Season Tires

Wheels are properly torqued (did it myself to be sure). I'll recheck pressure. No sure about swapping front to rear since they're different sizes (255/40x19 F, 275/40x19 R).
  9. Low Speed Shake after Changing to All Season Tires

I recently replaced the stock Pirelli PZ4 summer tires on the Dark Horse with Pirelli P Zero AS Plus 3 (all seasons) for the winter. The PZ4s had about 5600 miles on them and gave a very smooth ride. The Pirelli all seasons were mounted on the stock wheels and balanced using a Hunter Road...
  10. Posssible Damage to Summer Tires by Very Cold Temperatures

Thanks to all for the replies!
  11. Posssible Damage to Summer Tires by Very Cold Temperatures

According to some tire makers and online sellers, high performance summer tires not only have poor performance below about 40 degrees F but can be permanently damaged by exposure to very cold temperatures. Being completely ignorant of this damage possibility until recently, I stored my Pirelli...
  12. Instrument Cluster "Info on Demand" Display Question

The instrument cluster display allows the user to select several different info screens (for example tire pressure, seatbelt status, gauge detail) for display, one at a time, in the center "information on demand" section. Does anyone know how to specify which one is shown by default when...
