These are my options in that menu, no speed sign recognition, but I actually don't need that anyways since it doesn't give you anything extra. Only curious why yours showed up and not on mine since I have this option from the factory.

Speed sign recognition is working with the front camera. But yes, it can also work with navigation data, but that is not accurate.

Yes, put everything back to the values you had. That's the best to keep your car clear from mistakes. This is how mine was. It was centered. But I changed my sign to Europe now.
