Wonder why they deleted some of those colors, particularly Atlas Blue (that was my favorite ;_;). Same for the EcoBoost HPP.
We still have supply chain constraints or were people just not buying it?
Ahhh. Then that was either a misunderstanding on their part or the order guide is wrong. I'm sure we'll find out soon enough. Don't forget that those were/are pilot build cars and they might not be fully representative of what will be on dealer lots.
Not sure what you're asking about as far as a misprint goes, but if you're asking about the Recaros, that was supposition on the part of a few people here (including myself after I asked about it) because the display cars had Recaros and seemed to show heating and cooling controls for the seats...
2023 is the last year for printed brochures, I believe. I had thought everything was online as well, but when I went to a Ford dealer on a parts run for work last summer (I work at a shop), I was surprised to see a couple rotating display deals (not sure what they're called) full of brochures...
It wouldn't surprise me. Ford and everyone else have been migrating to brake-by-wire for the last few years (the C8 Corvette was probably the most visible switch, though I suspect the practical considerations of that cars MR design necessitated the switch as much as future-proofing). The new...
Far as I know, S650 is just S550 with a proverbial new coat of paint and an updated electronics suite (and possibly electrohydraulic brakes).
I think the easiest way to think of it is to think back to how the Fox chassis morphed into SN95, minus the latter car's wheelbase increase.
Huh. I don't listen to AM but that's a surprise.
Actually, I take that back: I do occasionally for football and baseball.
Maybe they're figuring that people will be listening on satellite radio?
Not on Mustangs, no. However, the main cross town competition DOES offer Recaros that are heated, cooled, and have power adjustment. I don't know if Ford's apparent inability to add them stems from cost considerations or limitations of the platform. I do think that its more than a little silly...
Damn, the Recaros are basically the same as the outgoing car after all.
Other than that, looks to be mostly carryover. Sad to see the nickel plated GT PP upgrade wheels go, though. I liked those a lot.
That's about what I expected for the CF wheels; I knew they weren't gonna be cheap.
Are the order guides out yet? We're halfway through the week, and with the prices up, I would assume the order guides would be out too...
Well, it's the week of February 27th as I type this...
Anyway seeing the B&P will apparently be up on March 27th is kind of amusing if only because that's my birthday.
The perforated leather was carried over if you ordered the Recaros on a Premium trim car; it wasn't specific to cars with seat cooling. That said, if the switches are present on these showcars, it's an encouraging sign.
The order guides aren't out yet, are they?
Alls I want to know is if the Recaros on the new car are the same ones that are on the outgoing car (they certainly look like it), because if so, that's a pass from me.
