SALE PENDING: Tampa area: Put car back to stock. Selling my MGW shifter from my 24GT. Must trade your stock shift boot with collar for my already modified for MGW. $350.
I recall reading somewhere that car manufacturers have purposely neutered the manual transmissions with tall gearing to nudge consumers towards the automatics. It appears to have worked.
Well there is a HP jump which is probably what you felt. The 3.73 does make a difference. Itās the only way Iād buy one in a manual until tuning opens up.
There is a felt difference. I traded my 23GT w/3.55ās for my 24PP w/3.73. 4.09ās (or >) are the play with these anemic MT-82D4 gears. You chose well.
Loving this shift knob. 190 grams candy red. No engraving so the wife canāt drive it š. Great quality for $50 bucks. Sits nice and low on my MGW shifter. Got it at shiftsolutionsco.com
Red would not look good IMO. I have a PP so the grill opening allows you access to get a small flexible head ratcheting wrench to the nuts securing the emblem. I only used 2 nuts to secure the new black horse emblem.
These are off my ā24 PPGT. Swapped to a new set up at 1404 miles. Zero damage. Pirelli P Zero Summer tires: 19x9 255/40 R19 Front: 19x9.5 275/40 R19 Rear
This setup was run with 25MM spacers all around. No rubbing with Steeda Progressive springs.
When I bought new sensors/tires I used this method someone here posted. Worked great.
With the vehicle off, press and release the brake pedal
Press the start/stop button from off to accessory 3 times, ending in accessory mode (off, acc, off, acc, off, acc)
Press and release the brake pedal...
