2024 eco boost rear ended and back repaired but now have a passenger door rattle HELP!

just got my 2024 eco boost convertible back 7k worth of rear end damage notice this morning that at low speed on bumpy road i now have a passenger rattle with window up havent checked on window down yet could a 20 mph hit from rear cause this dealer is not being very helpful sayig they really didn work on passenger side i have pics of the whole car apart they had to weld steel into the trunk area as well any suggestions they say the frame is not bent!
