Depending on the microphone, sound deadening in the car, how noisy it was in the cabin, and whether the driver of the DH was giving it any juice, there's a good chance you wouldn't have been able to hear anything worthwhile anyway.

I dislike the tiktok trend of vertical videos more. You can record a great 4k widescreen video with your phone, just do that. Once you record your video vertical you can't watch it on any device besides a phone...great video, but people need to stop replacing the original audio with bad music
