Don't think so; given the rubber seals on top of the filter boxes; it looks like they seal against the underside of the hood.

Unfortunately Michigan is part of Nexus where they require us to collect sales tax even though it's an out of state order. Similar to if you ordered something off of Amazon. Most states now require this. Remember we're not charing you sales tax, we're just collecting it. Then the state collects it from us. They all want their cut these days.
