yea no dude it doesn’t end there. You are smoking crack. If it’s ordered with the vehicle it should be there or the dealer needs to get it or refund it.

I have done a lot of these both bad and good.

I have had the ones that I have given a bad review make things right and request I remove the review.

Well I didn't read through the whole thread here so first things first: you need to tell everyone here who the dealership is, second: negative reviews every social media car spot you can find, third: if you have proof such as the window sticker and your Bill of sale - along with the dealer work order sheet that they should have provided you (cause you have to sign it when you special order) it should show the car cover as a line item. Go to your county district court where you live and for a small fee file a small claims court action against them (fees are recoverable if you win). Don't waste anymore time talking to them because from the sound of it (like all dealers after the sale) they don't give a F about your issue. Trust me when they get the subpoena for court your cover will magically appear. I have personally done this with a couple of very unscrupulous, lying, cheating, fraudulent, dealers - IT WORKS ...!!!

Post#19 - would not have satisfied my $600 dollar expenditure for a car cover. Detailing caost about $200.00 and that's for a very good job. But if your ok with getting F'ed for $600 clams so be it. To the rest of you the small claims court works - try it if you need to

Right, as long as you pointed it out before you left the dealership and got a “we owe“. A day later you can’t prove you didn’t get it and you’re at their mercy. They can do the right thing or not, up to them. Pretty easy concept to grasp.
