My 24 EB powered on, but no crank. Accessories worked but wouldn't turn on. Disconnected the negative terminal and it did crank up after, but everything has reset (reverse lines are missing and all my settings have changed back to factory settings)

Has anyone else had this issue?

I've seen a few posts on here, but didn't see what the solution was. Some say they haven't had the issue since and some say it happened twice. I still had power so I don't know if it was a bad battery or something else...
I also did get the new update and was wondering if that had something to do with it.

there is an SSM for this. take it to your dealer and tell them to reprogram the ABS module under SSM 52716
