Corsa Xtreme Dark Horse “Mode selection Issue”

So I got my corsa xtreme exhaust recently installed and it was a fairly quick process for the exhaust shop, and now my active exhaust modes do not work.

This was an active exhaust bought from corsa and i’ve gone through some trouble shooting but the car does not want to cycle through modes at all. Guys have taken off the valves and put them back on, checked connections, and now i’ve got a nice engine light on my dark horse. Any advice would be great.
