I’ve never understood why this is a hot topic. It’s a mass produced car, and it’s made to be driven. 17k miles later and I still rip the poopoo out of it when I want, and drive it like a Corolla when I don’t. Active lane keep is also incredible here in the DFW when I’m annoyed I have to keep hitting the brakes in traffic. 1 steering wheel button press and I’m sitting back and relaxing.
i dont get it either. mine has ~22.5k miles and it has not been easy mode. sometimes i use the paddle shifters and get the oil temp to 230 or 240 and the car does high idle to get more through the heat exchanger. other times i do go easy and it may not leave normal mode all day. with the construction going on on AZ Loop 101, the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering is the best. especially on days when you're just not feeling it and just want to get home
