Ford Accessories Order Track Springs

Hey everyone, so I placed an order for Ford Performance Track springs around a month ago. Whenever I purchased them there was nothing online about there being a backorder. Its been about a month and a half so I called support, learned there was a back order, so i decided to wait. Then a week later(today) they just cancel my order out of the blue. Anyone else have this issue? I know I didn't cancel it because I haven’t even looked at the order in about 2 weeks.

Hmm, contact Support again and ask WTF or call a dealer Parts Dept. and inquire?

I've had it happen with other parts, and I work at a Ford dealer!
