I would definitely tell everyone that owns a Dark Horse to go. It was a great time. I came all the way from Wisconsin and it was worth it. The instructors are great and they talk you through everything in the helmet. I was also so impressed by what that car can do. The brakes! Holy crap.

Your spouse or person you bring can ride with you during all the stuff you do in the morning. I didn't know that and my wife had more fun than she thought she would. They can't ride along on the track.

You do drifting on water they put down. It was fun but took some getting used to. 23mph lol

They time you in the morning on that cone course to put you in your groups with people of similar speed.

Like someone said they are running the Michalins. I found that interesting. They claimed only because they are cheaper. They were awesome tires and I will be putting them on my car.

Going through the high banks was pretty cool.

I realized I never looked down to see how fast I was going. You really have to focus on your marks.

Great time. Just go! Where else are you going to get to drive on a track like that.

My only warning: If you are prone to motion sickness, take precautions. I took Dramamine and it didn't work. I never got sick, I pushed through it. I declined to ride with the pro driver because that would have been bad. I was not the only one having this issue.

1 day & had a blast! Have in car video but haven't downloaded it yet! You do a reception dinner the night before & the next day is spent at the track.

You don't have to download. Just put the chip in the computer. Open up the file that says for windows users (or mac). It opens up this nice interactive program to access the videos. Really easy.

I had a great time this last Friday at the racing school. I would suggest that anyone who has the means to get there to go and learn what these cars can really do. Using the drift brake, Auto-X, and the Roval where all awesome. I never thought I would be doing 130 mph around a NASCAR track in a car that I actually own.

I didn't get the in-car video option as I thought it was pretty expensive for what you might possibly get. You are allowed to bring your own action camera and mount it with a suction cup style mount if you want to take your own video. There is also a pro photographer there all day taking photos. I think the total was like 800 photos of all the participants in various portions of the day.

The instructors are all very professional and clearly know what they are doing. They have many years of experience in various racing formats and they know how to get everything out of these cars. They were great coaches and certainly helped this track noob get up to speed quickly. I even managed to get the fastest Dark Horse time of the class on the Auto-X course.

I would do this track day event again in a heart beat for any of those on the fence.

I just got back yesterday from the Track Attack. You and I drove the same car. Lucky number 13!!!! There were only 2 red cars in our group. What a blast like you said. Exactly like you described. These cars are pretty incredible and you’ll never truly understand unless you experience it like that event. Highly recommended!!!!

#13!! I was the only red car the day I went. Such a good time.

They never showed us our times! I wish they would have.
