gear knock when changing gears from D to N and vise versa

so I noticed today after shifting from D to N there will be nock sound coming under the car doing the opposite will do the same nock sound

another thing I noticed some times the nock will happen after releasing the break but its the same nock coming under the car I can feel it under my feet

after the nock sound happens once it will not happen if I keep shifting the gear but if I leave it on D while breaking for 1 min or 2 and shift to N it do the nock sound

anyone had experience with this issue?

Yes, issue is getting dealer to have dealer diagnose.

now i need to remove the air filters + revert forsacn gear display and remote rev because the dealer here is so bad they will deny warranty for anything :(

Just an update for anyone having the same issue

in sport mode there is no nock i tried many times to replicate it it didn't happen it only happens in normal mode

not sure what the problem is still i will update again when i take the car to the dealer when i have time

They can only deny SPECIFIC warranty claims if the modification you made can be DIRECTLY attributable to the warrantied item. They can't deny a warranty claim on defective brake pads if you put different air filters in your vehicle.

Maybe in the US but here they deny the warranty for anything
Last time i took my car to service they called me by mistake telling me my raptor have a problem in the suspension and the warranty was denied because the car has wheel spacers
I was shocked told them i have a mustang then they realized they are calling the wrong customer apologized and hang up

Wheel spacers can most certainly cause otherwise covered suspension parts to fail. Again, direct causation.
