Any advice on why grease is accumulating on power window driver side exterior glass in center and puddling on base of driver window. Appears to come after opening and closing window.

No. It comes up on power window and rising and falling, car is new, has to be with lubricants for power window assembly.

Agreed, someone went heavy on the lube for whatever reason. If it continues, Id probably take it to the dealer.

This brings up a similar issue—how to get vinyl scum off interior glass? The answer is clear (no pun intended). That is, ®Everclear. This is 190 proof (95%) ethanol with a fifth costing about $25 at most liquor sellers. What you do not want to use is methanol, as it is corrosive and can stain interior materials. You still have to be careful with ethanol. This is why I use a glass mop and spray the ethanol on to it first. That way, no dripping.
