Camaro5's Most Wanted
A GT350 will be available upon release due to GT3 and GT4 requirements. The S550’s GT350 technically has a 3 year grace period but I don’t expect Ford will miss the opportunity to market in Motorsport.

Spot on are my sentiments. GT500 have less of that rolled tip look as you mentioned, making the ID measurement a bit bigger. To me, the tips on the mule look more like the Mach 1 with the "rolled" tips
My initial thoughts as well. I actually had these same wheels on my previous 2017 Black GTPP (very few North American 15-17 GT Performance Pack cars got these hyper silver finish from the factory; more were in Europe obviously)And a wheel comparison. This white GT convertible is a UK GT......we had the option of the Performance Pack wheels in silver.
To me, the design looks identical, but the mule wheels appear larger. The definitely fill the arches better, so they might have a revised offset and the suspension is definitely lower.

I think you are right about the center of those spokes, they are different. Each pair of two is turned toward each other. My initial thoughts as well. Also, it could be distortion of the mule image, but if you look super close, near the hub and wheel lug nut area, the spokes appear to have a like a mirrored-turn effect, suggesting a slightly different design. This could be image distortion though. We'll see soon!
The look like they could be, it's too bad the image is a little distorted. Hopefully we find out more details soon.I think you are right about the center of those spokes, they are different. Each pair of two is turned toward each other.
US also, at least for MY '16. When I ordered mine, option 64F got you nickel painted wheels with the Performance Package. The only indication on the window sticker was an extra ~$200 added to the MSRP for the Performance Package and mention of the nickel wheels in the PP description.Silver versions of those wheels have been available in Rest of the World markets since 2015.
Instead of "we cant show you this", its "Look at me over here !"Really strange that Ford is adding camo on S550 body prototypes. It's like they want people to register that they are testing something.
Idk according to Ford authority's sources, this mule was using the finalized s650 gt front end.Since they already had a S550 in camo on the roads, I doubt even this frontend here is from the S650. It's just a camod Mach 1 where they removed the frontsplitter.

I don't know why you keep yanking on this old saw. The GT and GT350 have the grills heavily blocked. You can't usefully feed a radiator complex very much air - it's counter productive. The size of the grill is a design element, nothing more.a larger grill area tells me the Mustang wants more air and Ford probably has plans to feed it something extremely powerful.
and? The S650 wouldn't just recycle the Mach1 face? with perhaps some obligatory tweaks so it doesn't instantly piss off all those M1 buyers who thought they were getting something special/unique?Idk according to Ford authority's sources, this mule was using the finalized s650 gt front end.
YesIt will look a lot like these photoshops. Keep the current hood/upper grill design in mind because this photoshop retains the old S550 style. I believe the new Mustang’s hood line will either conceal the top of the grill completely or, only show very little of the top of the grill.
The rear will also host all the new angles and edges that Ford’s remaining car fleet uses as well. I expect all the rounded lines on the sides of the S550 will also be more edgy. I don’t think the smooth sides of the 2022 will work with the more aggressive angles on the front fascia.
I am very, very eager to see if the greenhouse has changed at all. Maybe some slight variations from the B-pillar back, a more tailored or tapered C-pillar to make the hips appear to flare more? I know one thing… a larger grill area tells me the Mustang wants more air and Ford probably has plans to feed it something extremely powerful.
