There are plenty of videos comparing the s650 to the 6th gen camaro. IMO that’s not true, but there is one thing that the mustang has that is a direct copy of camaro.

I would have preferred them to use the hood vent like the one in the design photos. It has a 5th gen gt500 esque look to it.

Meh, there's only so many effective options for hood vents, and that's the one. There's a reason why the GT350/GT500 also have theirs in the same place.

Just be thankful the S650 didn't go with dumbass hood nostrils a la Dodge.

I guess the hood vent has to meet very complex regulations like pedestrian hit safety for multiple countries, actually venting enough heat from the engine bay and not leaking too much water in places you want it to be.

The Camaro obviously has a similiar styled vent, but I think it's meant to copy the Gen 6 GT500 hoodvent which is quite similiar too but just way longer

If you really can't stand it I am sure companies like Roush will have replacement vents shortly after S650 launch

edit: it's(ats-V) a little smaller so maybe not.

doubtful. They're just Honda vents. aka fake - just a styling exercise.
