Mustang Status vs Profile

I have two Profiles - both set to Sport with all Sport settings. Mustang Status shows everything except Exhaust as Normal. Any ideas?

Are you selecting the custom profile after starting the car? If you want all setting to be sport why not use the Sport Mode?

Yes. I set the Custom Profile to Sport, but Mustang Status shows everything in Normal, not Sport.

You need to change the profile to custom and then a mustang icon will appear in the right bottom corner. If you see another icon then you don’t switch between profiles.
In every start the car is set as normal profile.
When you pick the right one all car settings change to that profile.
To change between profiles you must use the left up and down arrows with mode word.

When you start the car it will always default to the "normal" settings. You have to choose your custom setting after starting the car.

For liability reasons, Ford won't let the car retain and start in anything but "normal" settings.

I'm saying AFTER I select a Profile, the Mustang Status shows all Normal.

Then I would double check the custom profile and see if you saved everything that you wanted. But I had a problem for awhile where my custom profiles wouldn't save properly, and it was "fixed" when another update came through

I've checked it multiple times. Every time all my Profile settings are Sport.
