I have a 24 gt with pp. has anyone figured out what needs to happen to fit 17 inch drag wheels?

I have some f14’s here that are ready to go. So far it looks like the vertical link hits and the caliper.

the base model gt’s can fit 17’s. I’m wondering if the spindles are different in the base vs pp and dark horse?
If I had a thinner vertical link and drag brakes it will fit. I may just order the parts and report back if nobody else has info.

The issue on the performance package is the big Brembo rear brakes and the parking brake. The 17" wheel hits the calipers and won't clear them. A spacer won't help because you would need a HUGE spacer to avoid hitting the caliper.

Even the base model the 17" is close. I sold my Race Star Dark Star set to a member here and he had to take the balance weights off the inside because they were hitting his caliper. There is a significant difference in size from my 2019 to the 2024.

I opted to just get a 19x10 wheel from American Muscle. The weight difference between my old Race Stars and this wheel is about 3 lbs each.
