Just curious is other owners of 2024 Dark Horse models w/o the handling package have noticed that you hear slight creaking/groaning noises when driving? Not overly offensive, sounds like stiff bushings etc. Only notice it at low speeds (so not very often 😜).

Have you removed the urethane spacers from the front springs? The ones that PDI are supposed to remove, but are only actually removed about 50% of the time...

Hahahahaha good call, I just looked and they are indeed in there. Is that something you need to lift the vehicle to do?

low profile floor jack, unweight the wheel, use channel locks to remove.

Hahahaha thanks for the replies, just used my floor jack and spacer to lift it up. They came out by hand w/o issue. Checked the back suspension (apparently they are white in colour) none were found.

Not sure why we pay for dealer prep when they seem to miss things all the time. I just had this car in for it's first oil change and "inspection". They also installed the air strakes that were in the area were one can find their air inflater and stock scissor...

Thanks again for the tip to get me going in the right direction. I've found this forum is very useful and friendly.

Cheers from Canada

I'm getting a pretty hard thump from the front-left suspension in my car. Dealer just told me nothing is wrong. FFS....

Does the DH non PP need airstrakes installed just like the GT PP does?
I might be trading in a couple hours and need to know to look for them or not. Thanks!
