If I've missed a discussion somewhere already, please add a link for it and I'll read it there, but I'm thinking of moving from the standard 19's to 20's and with the new tires the speedo is going to be off. Is there a fairly simply way to have the computer updated to show the correct speed based on the new tire dimensions?

If you stick with the stock tire size of the factory 20s (265/35R20) you don’t really need to change anything as your within the tolerance for same overall tire diameter of ~27in.

Otherwise you need to acquire and learn FORScan.

Will need to use forscan to adjust the Speedo. @roket has an app for that, he can send you the link to with the calculator and values to input for your choice of tire size.

Hello Roket, thank you so much for sharing the link for the tool! I have a really silly question. Should I put in the front tire size or the rear? Thank you!
the rear. that's what the vehicle gets the speed info from
