@n_123 ..... and dealers wonder why owners ask so many questions about service and repair work. I find if you are not specific and CHECK what has been done (if you can) you are at their mercy. Good for you for solving the problem and it was bloody complex at that!
Great find, had that happen to me on a Jeep. Loose front hub bolts after having dealer replace axle seals under warranty. Caused enough deflection to the right front wheel to where the rotor was scraping against the caliper bracket. Took it to the CJDR dealer (service director and general manager) who said there's nothing they can do since I tightened the bolts back after videoing the problem. I also went back and rechecked the bolts several times to see if they could back out on their own, never did. That was only part of the problem for that overall service, but it was the most egregious. I left them a bad review on Yelp and since bought a 2023 Dodge Durango (wife's), 2023 Jeep Gladiator (son's), and 2024 Jeep Wrangler (daughter's), but not from them.
