Weather Tech HP Mat Not Working

Shortly after taking home my 2024 GT I ordered the best Weather Tech floor mats available, the Floorliner HP version. After carefully fitting them in and snapping the buttons down on the driver side, I took a drive. My car is a 6-speed manual. I immediately noticed the clutch pedal bumping into the mat at the bottom of it's travel. The mat is not firmly down against the floor in that deep area. Pretty annoying since I cannot move the mat once it's snapped in. Also, the mat covers the dead pedal, but it's not down against it either. The mat over the dead pedal is about 1/2" above the pedal and not secure. I can't comfortably rest my left foot there without bending the rubber mat on top of the dead pedal. Bad. Then I looked at the Weather Tech website photos. There is no manual transmission shown. With only the brake pedal there, lots of room. With a clutch pedal taking up that room, the dead pedal is the only place to rest my left foot. Exactly where this HP mat is loose and above the floor. So, they're coming out. They were too rubbery anyway. I never liked that. Too industrial. I won't be taking this car out in bad weather. So, I just ordered their All Weather Floor Mats. They were perfect in my 2017 GT. They don't cover that dead pedal. They lay FLAT on the floor everywhere they are installed. Plus, they are half the price of the fancy version. A win-win for me. Any forum member in AZ that's interested in these new Floorliner HP mats can reach me here.
