1 to 3 seconds? Thats like 10 seconds a lap on a road course. Autocross is usually decided by tenths.
keep in mind that compared to them, i dont have as much experience, my vehicle is a couple hundred pounds heavier, and i am running PS4S, where they are using Cup 2 R and Bridgestone racing tires

I used to autox my 2011 mustang, at that time maximum motorsports were the only company making springs stiff enough to make a difference. Key thing will be finding a capable shop nearby to do a proper alignment.

Vorshlag is a good resource for mustang info (and suspension parts) - check https://www.vorshlag.com/blog/2023/12/new-s650-mustang-darkhorse-track-testing
Thanks ! I clicked through and found their shared alignment specs they started with -2.7 and -1.9

After adding SPL arms, the camber was even greater. So, I will shoot for the initial numbers I thought which are pretty much the camaro numbers as well....

Thankfully I do my own alignments (GM Dealer Tech) So it's all in my control. If the GT500 wheel don't fit after the drop, I will just have to go back to stock until I figure out another solution. The 19x11 will for just fine based on the research.
