Do you know if we can disable completely both traction and stability control like with the previous generation ?I'm not sure you can default something like that.
You can set and later retrieve via "My Mode", but typically suspension, exhaust settings and the like default back to factory upon startup. If talking display only, I've been able to set and maintain gauge and tach settings to "Sport+" or "Track".
At the extreme, Track mode opens the exhaust and disables Traction Control. One wouldn't want someone to unknowingly start the car and initially drive off like that.

Pages 197 and 198 reference TC and SC. While these settings can be disabled, keeping them disabled, to stay off when you later restart the car, the manual is not clear on this.
