I would push them to fix it or try another dealer. If no one can fix it that’s what lemon laws are for.
From what I’ve seen, you do not have to pay for these lawyers they end up being reimbursed the manufacturer.
The anchor points are behind the seats. Just looked at my vert and confirmed. You can see them if you look through the back windshield there should be 2 plastic caps with anchor icons on them.
I believe the owners manual shows reference points for them as well if you can’t see them.
I don’t have a DH but a new GT convertible.

lol funny you say that. I took a PTO day and claimed vehicle issues so I could go check out the one I just purchased. Luckily it worked out using only 1 day.

Dealers seems to subtract like 30% flat out buying from value from what I’ve seen.
If you have a good power sports type dealer, a lot will do consignment on cars and take 10% or work a deal with you to sell.

In addition to getting some cash offers, if you don’t like the price and feel you can get more try to consignment it. Usually places will charge 10% fee. Best of all, you don’t have to worry about scum bags stealing it, test drives and they usually provide financing.
