Wonder when my GT that was on Tijuca will arrive. Only ordered it two years ago lol

Tijuca is pulling up anchor from Brisbane tomorrow, and is meant to dock in Kembla on 01-02. But looking at the ship movements list for Kembla and Newcastle, there's no mention of Tijuca, at all haha

Anyone with cars on Tijuca - it's moseying on down the coast to Brisbane at the moment, who knows when it'll dock though.

No, it was because there were hugely strict quarantine cleanings going on due to an outbreak of insect on a lot of ships, coupled with union/employee issues. Otherwise I've never experienced any delay more than a week for all my new cars 👍🏻

Port Kembla is why i cancelled my Audi S3 order a couple of years back - it was sitting in the ocean for two months still waiting to dock. Nightmare of a place.

Some people are having theirs delayed, whereas the ETA for mine went from March 25 to Feb 14 (Valentines Day lol). Dealer doesn't know why, but who cares.

Emailed my dealer last night as i felt a (good) disturbance in the force. He replied this morning, gave me the ship name, and it turns out it left Baltimore yesterday! It was due late March originally, but now due at the dealer mid-Feb. Extra ships? She's on board the TIJUCA, heading to Georgia.

Only because Tracy left ACA, otherwise it'd have been banned again.
