Sorry another Q I couldn't find the answer to with search, do we get memory seats here in Oz? Unless I'm blind I can't find memory buttons anywhere.

Nope. Electrically adjustable yes. No memory function unfortunately.

Memory seats are the one most annoying oversights that Australia suffers (other than interior colour options) We get basically fully optioned US cars, but hey, who wants a cheap memory seat module? Yet we get electric adjustment on Recaros, while the US gets manual adjustment. All makes perfect sense.

In regards to the smells, it's always been more of a "hot" smell to me, which is both the black stuff burning off, as well as the smell of the exhaust itself "burning in". Most of my cars have done it from new, but the Mustang moreso.

I'm not sure why they also left out the remote-rev function, perhaps its too anti-social? And yet they left in the even more anti-social line-lock and drift brake?

You could try and add remote-rev back again using Forscan. I'm just not sure if I want to mess with my car like that. I dont know that much about Forscan but I'm worried about warranty claims and things. I dont want to give Ford an "out" when I have a claim.

Emailed my dealer last night as i felt a (good) disturbance in the force. He replied this morning, gave me the ship name, and it turns out it left Baltimore yesterday! It was due late March originally, but now due at the dealer mid-Feb. Extra ships?

Hey guys,
Finally got my pony last Friday. I'm trying to figure out how to make sure the profiles (1-6) are in memory when i start the car.

Essentially, being a nice guy, I care about my neighbours and want to make sure the car starts in quiet exhaust rather than the rumbling of the normal one.

Every time i turn off the car it reverts to normal exhaust and im annoyed that I have to go in to the console and set that up.

Any suggestions to make it stick?

In the manual!
Set a schedule for quiet start.
For mine, I've set 8pm - 8am.
That means when I start the car after 8pm at night and before 8am in the morning, it will automatically start in quiet mode to be neighbour friendly.

If you ask me, it's a major oversight that the double-honking horn's loudness isn't throttled back during this schedule as well.

I have set the quite mode/normal mode to be on all the time they say if you try to set 1hr here 1hr there it doesn't work very well, for early morning starts, when i start the car during the day it's two press lane assist off, two press mode down into sports mode and off I go, the dash is set to be in whatever mode I am in. oh and Sports Mode is not for the noise although it helps, you get better steering response and throttle response which I like better than normal mode, an all-round better driving experience imho

Ok interesting. I had set this up when I was at the dealer (9pm-8am)... I think it's not working. I'll set a different time, test it and let you know.

Because the car doesn't come with a physical owners manual now, although you can read it from the screen system, the below link is the current online version -
