Looks like condensation drips from exhaust system. Likely if you feel it, it’s watery rather than oily, and is directly below a joint or condensation drain.

I installed M-5300-W springs on my non-HP DH and it lowered the car 20 mm (.8") front and rear. Sits PERFECT! Added ARP 3" extended studs and 10 mm spacers on rear and 12 mm spacers up front to get the tires flush with fender @ -1.6° camber. Rides like a dream and handles like it's on rails.
