I have the DH, 7,300 miles and even wear on the shit pirelli p zero trofeo rs tires. Inside tire wear is from negative camber. Natively the front camber is not adjustable (speaking from my DH). Before I had 50 miles on my S650, I installed modified "handling pack" upper strut mounts to cure this...
On this forum owners over 40% paid cash-no financing, I do not believe "Cost is a major factor" argument.
That being said, the economy overall has sucked. This could be the issue. Choosing more intelligently where money should go is at the forefront of everybody's mind.
I have not had a need yet on my DH, I test the fluid quarterly for copper content and for water. When I do it, I will do it by gravity. Open all bleeders at the same time, car raised up level until clean fluid comes out all bleeder screws, then snug them up followed by the Ford scan tool proceedure.
Really well. Brakes here are actuated thru the abs system, the abs motor (electronic brake booster) runs and somehow goes back to the reservoir. Crazy I know. My car received an electronic brake booster (Master cylinder), the car never left the floor.
Bleeding is done and you do not touch any caliper during the procedure. You use the dealer scan tool and do it from there, no fluid comes out during the bleeding procedure.
This is dead on, the time it takes to do those with proper prep is measured in hours, plus materials and overhead. In my opinion, theses were done "quick spray as a favor" very little if any prep. My belief is the above suggested "easily approach $200" is low.
I do not know how they are made, but one week ago I was at the track attack with recaros and these are 100% better for me as tracking this car won't happen,
