I have a rattle like that on my driver side dash. I barely notice it anymore after I installed an H-Pipe and keep my exhaust on track mode. Music helps too. My last mustang(2012 gt) had all sorts of rattles. Figure its par for the course with Fords.

You can get the headlights they use on the NPP from Ford but I believe they are quite expensive. I tinted my headlights with anchor rooms kit. I have the 20% tint on now but already bought the 50% tint and plan on changing it soon. The 20% really does dim the output by quite a bit.
I vinyl wrapped my gas cap in gloss black, left it on for about a week then took it off. It looked out of place even tho my side mirrors and roof are wrapped in gloss black. Much cleaner without the wrap on.
Passenger side is all you need for a stock 5.0. I went with J&L, clean, very simple install. I also see UPR quite a bit. Either options are fine. I have no issues unscrewing/screwing in my J&L catch can with a strut tower brace. Got mine from LMR...
