Granted, this is from an F150, but this is the sound I heard in my Mustang a few times. I didn't remote start it, so I can't verify any driveshaft movement. Also, the issue is intermittent.
I haven't noticed any movement... Just a "clunk" that my passenger and I can feel. It hasn't done it lately, but it's been cooler where I live. We'll see when the temps rise. This issue aside, I think its an awesome car.
Mine just started doing this at just over 1,000 miles. I wasn't using the A/C, but it was the warmest day we had since I bought it, and the times it happened was after being parked for a short time. I've seen may posts with this issue, but no resolution. I have an appointment with my dealer this...
