I plan on parking/storing my car for the Canadian winter in my attached garage. I installed a heater, so it should work just fine. I have two dogs and am worried about the sonic pulses from an electronic rodent repeller wreaking havoc with them. The wall between the garage and house is two sheets of drywall with regular insulation in between. The room opposite the garage is a TV viewing room, so my dogs are in there quite often.
Will the frequency from an electronic device penetrate two sheets of drywall and insulation, causing me concern about my dogs inside? Is there a pet-friendly electronic device that repels rodents (primarily mice)? Google hasn't been very helpful, and I have tried searching this forum but the "pet friendly" aspect seems to be missing from many posts.
I appreciate any insight or links I can check out.
