This doesn’t seem any heavier than Mach 1

Fair enough. I guess I was mentally comparing it to my standard GT at 3800 lbs.
Though I think I've read S650 premium GT's are also 3900 lbs which would be an increase.

Either way, still annoyingly heavy.

Yeah, seems like newer cars keep getting heavier. I don’t understand why.
The 3 coolers for the track on the Mach 1 and DH explain that weight difference.
Also the handling pack has massive wheels and tires , splitter , fenders.

So its still a few hundred pounds less than the last GT500. She's a fatty but at least they are holding the line. For now, anyway.

i find this pretty interesting because i recently had my car weighed during my SCCA annual tech inspection, and this was my result

it was about half tank of fuel, but despite mine being an auto 700A with normal seats and wider wheels and tires, its 2lbs lighter than yours total? i especially find interesting how similar the left weights are

this is promising! Is yours a ln HP dark horse?
Mine is a manual 700a no HP so I’d be at least 40lbs less

Rear is pretty balanced, why is RF heavier than LF, battery at best weighs 50#.

Video is older than the supercharger install video so I'm going to guess it was before. Otherwise it'd be 100+ lbs more

They got 3,843lbs for a 2024 Mustang GT with the 400A package, 3/4 tank of gas and 10R80 (so another....50lbs for those two things alone?)
