2024 GT order, no 45 day update

I ordered a 2024 grabber blue GT auto with PP on June 22 2024. I received an order confirmation email from Ford on June 24th with an order number. I never received a 45 day update. I called dealer shortly after no 45 day update and they told me order showed "clean" in system whatever that means. I chatted with Ford agent yesterday to get another update and they told me they could not find me or my order in the system. Does this seem normal?

I never got any updates from Ford after the VIN notification
I just kept checking status page and found out they started building my car last week which is 10 days earlier the the predicted start which makes me happy

I ordered similar to you on June 20th and after 2 months (over 45 days) I finally got an email that is been scheduled (early October). I also got my VIN.

I ordered June 17th and was scheduled for 9.9 build but they started on the 29th 10 days early for some reason
