At the Ford dealer and saw a 2025 60th anniversary Edition. White with 5.0 fender badge outlined in red and full body red stripe lower body saying 60 years. No spoiler. Had automatic, active exhaust, 3:55 gear and the cost for the anniversary package. 66,145 dollars. Seen one ? Would you pay that much ? That's close to Dark Horse territory.

They are stunning in person. IMO, the special wheels completely change the entire look and feel of the car.

The 60th Anniversary, to me, is cemented as a Grand Tourer, so it depends on what you're looking for. For 66,000 I'd buy a Dark Horse or a GT350 instead. Not because I think this special edition is a bad car, but because I would be looking for something different.

If you're truly interested in picking up one, I'd consider purchasing within the Detroit Metro. Last I checked there were a handful of them for sale under 60, one of them was a Brittany Blue example. With the Employee Pricing for Everyone program, you could get one at the A-Plan price fairly easily.

My local dealer has one as well. Wimbledon White. Stunning in person, but I agree the price is nuts considering it's just a GT premium in a special color with unique wheels and seats inserts. It's priced at $67,700 and doesn't even have 3.55 gears. For that money I'd get a Dark Horse. Ford should have at least done a performance upgrade to justify that insane price.

Is that total sticker MSRP? I just bought mine yesterday. I did not have 100% of the options, but if I did it could have been in that range (100% decked out).

Are there people out there really going to go for this ? An older Shelby GT 350 or supercharged Mustang any day would be the better money spent. Even a Corvette at that price.

There are 2 other 60th anniversary cars in Phoenix selling in the upper 60s. Which is also too high, but at least it's msrp. A 10k mark-up is a really bad look. Especially when sales are down and your the only dealer doing it.

This isn't too bad if the addons are not over the top.
