AC Leak drivers side - NOT from body seal issue.

Brought the car in for service at Sawgrass Ford in Sunrise, Fl., they said the AC was fine and that it was a body/firewall seal issue.

After they said it was fixed....
Garage kept and no rain. Car sits for 10-15 mins with AC on MAX and water pours out when making a slow (5 mph) right turn in my cul-de-sac.

2nd drop off at dealership was done a week ago. Looking at the FordPass app, the car has just been sitting in the parking lot with the occasional move into the shop for an hour every few days.

I was told that they are working on it and they will need to remove the entire dash to find the problem... then order any parts that are needed. All good and well, but seems like they are REALLY taking their sweet time to get this fixed.

Has anyone ever gotten any better service with Ford Motor Account on this forum looking into it? It would be nice to know that it isn't just an appeasement.

In DM's they created a case with Ford for me. This process seems like the same thing we can do if contacting Ford direct. Not sure what happens, but talking to a service rep at the dealership, he said people do that when they have issues with the dealership and Ford has to step in.

Also, I was told that someone from Ford will be contacting me regarding the case. I am still waiting for that to happen.
