Well, I dropped off my car this morning to get full PPF put on it and tint all the way around. It will be gone for 5-7 days. Came back and worked from home all day. Went to take the trash out this evening and saw an oil spot in the driveway about 8 inches in diameter. I assumed it was transmission fluid, but it was hard to tell as it had spread all the way out and not enough standing oil to get it on your finger for color. Took a paper towel and stood on it for a bit. It was golden in color so we now know it to be engine oil. As I think back about it, I washed my car Saturday morning and had a good amount of dust on the back tail of the car this morning. Didn't think it was oil leak related and took it as part of the diffuser and spoiler design creating dust on the back end. Now I know better.
From where it is at on the driveway it could be from the front of rear of the engine. I park on the same side of the driveway, but sometimes a bit forward and sometimes a bit backwards.
Now I am eager to get car back , only to drop it back off at the dealer.
No mods on the car. 369 miles.
Anyone else seeing a similar issue?
