Can we pay off the tech NOT to fix this?
LOL yeah, I'm not going to complain about it but I bet it will be a fix in an OTA update

Honestly, I hate the feature on my wife's car and not sure I want it on the my Mustang.

The only reason I was playing with it is because this Mustang to work and back everyday. My 07 Mustang GT got about 7 more MPG than the 2024 does.

My wife's 2024 VW Atlas has Start/Stop... We both hate it but it can be easily disabled only it's not saved...

I’m experiencing the same issue with my 2024 GT. I keep getting the message: “Engine off due to vehicle charging.” The Auto Start/Stop system worked fine for about a month, but then it stopped functioning. Initially, I thought it might be due to cold weather, but I’ve also had the issue on warmer days. I’ve tried turning off the heater and other systems, but the message still appears. Does anyone have any solutions or suggestions?

My 2019 Ranger has ASS. It worked about a dozen times when it was new and then never again (?). About a year later, it started giving me an error on the screen with words to the affect... Shutting down accessory power due to low battery...

I recently replaced the battery as the resting voltage dropped below 11. Now the ASS started working again, but not every time. This went on for about 2 weeks, but is now back to not working at all unless the ambient is over about 50°F.

I know the BMS coulomb counts, measures voltage, ambient temps, engine temperature, and apparently things unknown. Whatever the algorithm, it has propagated to my 2024 Eco-Boost! Sometimes it works (usually when I don't want it to) and sometimes not. Personally, I wish the gremlin would just stick around so I don't have to push the damn button each time!

Supposedly, the mechanic who did the install checked off the boxes which included a reset but not a description of the reset. I can reset it again, but I'm laying odds it won't fix the issue, as if I really cared!

Also I noticed that the wireless charger don't charge my phone well as in the beginning.

I reset BMS and it works. Now it doesn't work if I drive it in heavy city traffic, but after some time when battery is ok it works. Before BMS reset it doesn't work maybe for 1 month.

I would top it off and do a BMS reset
