The paperwork you sign is basically a acknowledge of the price. It can absolutely change. Even if the paperwork says the price can`t change are you really going to take a dealership to court?Isn't the price lock in when you sign the contract? I mean if you sign at x amount regardless of delivery date don't they have to honor the price we signed for.
I know in my case I had the choice of keeping the price I signed for, or get the employee discount since my car was delivered during that period. But regardless when I sign the contract the dealer specifically told me that even if the price would go up that my price will not change.
PS: I also live in Quebec and the laws could be very different.
