For "leather", I'm very particular here because you really aren't dealing with traditional "leather" here. If you are up for a read and a full explanation, check out this thread -

For the short answer, you need the following for your Mustang.................................

Clean with ColourLock Mild or Strong Leather Cleaner. Use this on the seats, door trims, steering wheel, armrest, e-brake and gear knob/selector. I highly recommend the specific brush as well.

Mild Leather Cleaner with Sponge - 200 ml – Koch-Chemie USA
Leather and Textile Cleaning Brush ( Brown 120x39mm) – Koch-Chemie USA

From there, once clean protect with Leather Shield. They suggest applying with a sponge, but I recommend a microfiber applicator. Once treated and dried, the leather will be a natural, clean, smooth and matte finish.

For the dashboard, door cards, or anything plastic/vinyl/rubber, I just use an interior quick detailer. These will clean and protect in one shot. Look at P&S Swift if you like a little more enhancement, or even Ethos Interior Detailer. If you would prefer a traditional dressing, look at Koch Chemie Top Star.
