Bolster On Recaro Seats Showing Wear

Are there any bolster protectors or anything of that sort to help prevent any future wear of the bolstering on my recaro seats?

Try using a vinyl and/or leather wipe to reduce the scratches. Not aware of any protective material for them. Make sure you don't have any hard items/materials on your belt/hip when you enter/exit your car, and you might wish to modify your entry/exit technique to minimize rubbing on the bolster.
